inform you that we cannot enter into such agreement with you, as you know
your funds were stopped after transfer was made to your nominated bank
account and cannot be released till the certificates are provided. Based
on this you are required to either submit the requested certificates or
make the necessary payment to the consulting company, so they can issue
the documents and have the funds released to your account.
